About Idlewild
Idlewild is a 40 acre, family farm located in Belding, MI. We specialize in cut-flower production, and are passionate about growing practices that honor the natural world the farm is surrounded in. We farm using natural, regenerative practices that not only protect pollinators but help them thrive.
We sell seasonally to florists, attend the Fulton Farmer's Market on Wednesdays & Saturdays, offer U-pick flowers, flower farm stand and offer bouquet subscriptions.

We named our farm Idlewild in honor of the magical wooded property in Trumbull, Connecticut owned by Heather's grandparents. This is where Heather fell in love with flowers as a child. The original hand carved wooden Idlewild sign that hung on their porch, was passed on to our farm and now hangs on our porch in memory of the original Idlewild and the beauty and love cultivated there.
